01. Pesanan

Kapan saya akan menerima pesanan?

Saat melakukan pemesanan pada hari yang dikehendaki. Setelah pesanan dilakukan, waktu pengiriman yang sama juga akan tercantum pada konfirmasi pesanan.

Pesanan saya terlalu lama dari biasanya. Bagaimana saya bisa membatalkan pesanan saya?

Jika proses pesanan Anda lebih lama dari biasanya, tentu saja Anda bisa membatalkannya. Anda bisa langsung menghubungi layanan pelanggan kami yang akan membantu Anda untuk membatalkan pesanan. Pengembalian dana dilakukan 7 hari setelah tanggal pembatalan.

Kapan saya akan menerima faktur untuk pesanan saya?

Ketika Anda telah membayar pesanan, Anda tidak akan secara otomatis menerima faktur untuk pesanan Anda. Jika Anda ingin menerima faktur, ini dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara. Cara pertama adalah melalui akun Anda di toko kami. Saat Anda masuk ke akun Anda, Anda dapat melihat pesanan Anda dan mengunduh faktur.

02. Pengiriman

Kapan pesanan saya akan dikirimkan?

Setelah Anda melakukan pemesanan dan melakukan pembayaran, kemudian sistem akan mengonfirmasi pembayaran Anda. Di hari itu juga, pesanan Anda akan diproses oleh tim kami. Lama pengiriman tergantung dari jumlah pesanan yang kami terima di hari yang sama.

Saya tidak menemukan jasa kurir untuk alamat saya. Apa yang harus saya lakukan?

Pastikan alamat yang Anda masukkan sudah benar. Jika Anda sudah memastikan dan tidak ada kurir yang tersedia, mohon maaf, kami tidak bisa melakukan apa pun untuk saat ini.

Saya ingin mengganti paket kurir untuk pesanan. Apakah bisa?

Mohon maaf, untuk saat ini, Anda tidak bisa melakukan perubahan kurir melalui sistem.

03. The order

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
